There we go...

Mon May 11, 2009, 11:26 PM
Ah, there we go.
Got the new account created after completely nuking the old one.
I did that mostly for... I dunno, lol.
Anyhow, I'll probably be posting renders and vectors mostly, along with some 3D models.
I don't have any info on most of my stuff, so if you know the original artist, and it's not on a render/vector already, just post it, and I'll put it there.
No need to get all butthurt, I'll delete it if the original artist wants me to.

Also, for renders, I'm taking requests.

So yeah, that's it for this journal.
I think I might start actually using this thing, I dunno.

Take it easy, ne ?

  • Mood: Tired
  • Listening to: Victims Of Science - The Device Has Been Modified
  • Reading: Nothin'
  • Watching: Bleach Episode 203
  • Playing: Nothing at the moment
  • Eating: Just finished breakfast
  • Drinking: Delicious coffee

There's a big difference on what renders/vectors ARE allowed and what aren't on DeviantART.
Renders of your own work are allowed, because it's your own work. Renders of someone else's work without permission is considered art theft and is NOT allowed, and will result in the works being reported and possibly setting you up for a ban.

You'd have a point if I was actually thieving, which I'm not.

I only do renders without permission if the artist is either anonymous, or it's official artwork, and there's no copyright on it.
That, and I'd be claiming things as my own, and put a copyright on them, if I was thieving.
    Again, I don't.

offical artwork always has a copyright on it. it is copyrighted by the artist that drew it and the company that owns it.

    Can't argue with that one.

At least you're not as unintelligent as quite a few of the other people here.

far from it, i don't post things unless i have the ammunition to back up my claim
